All teams or individuals who register to participate (hereinafter referred to as "participants") are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the contents of this statement. If you have any objections to this statement, please do not register for the competition.
The participating party guarantees that the registration information submitted (including but not limited to team qualifications, project materials, intellectual property certificates, financial data, etc.) is true, legal, and valid, and there are no false statements or concealment of important information.
The organizer only conducts formal review of the competition information and does not assume any responsibility for verifying its substantive authenticity. If false or non compliant information is found, the organizer has the right to cancel the participant's qualification, retrieve the honors or rewards already obtained at any time, and the legal responsibility arising therefrom shall be borne by the participant themselves.
All intellectual property rights (including but not limited to patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, etc.) of the participating projects belong to the original rights holders, and the organizer does not obtain any intellectual property rights of the projects due to its organization of the competition or the registration behavior of the participating parties.
The participating party guarantees that their project and submitted materials do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property or other legitimate rights and interests. If the project involves infringement disputes (including but not limited to plagiarism, theft of trade secrets, etc.), the participating party shall bear all legal responsibilities on their own. If it causes losses to the organizer, the participating party shall fully compensate.
The participating party agrees that the organizer has the right to use all or part of the materials submitted for the purpose of competition evaluation, promotion, and academic research, including but not limited to displaying them on official websites, social media, publications, etc., without paying any additional fees.
The evaluation of this competition will be based on publicly available evaluation rules, and the decision of the judging panel will be final. The organizer will make every effort to ensure the fairness and impartiality of the evaluation process, but will not be responsible for the absolute reasonableness or commercial value of the evaluation results.
If participants have objections to the evaluation results, they can submit them within the prescribed time limit according to the appeal process announced by the organizer. The organizer will review them based on the actual situation, but does not guarantee that the review results will meet the expectations of the participants.
The setting and reward methods of the competition awards shall be subject to the final announcement by the organizer. The organizer has the right to adjust the award settings according to the actual situation, and the participating parties shall not demand any compensation or damages based on this.
The organizer will take reasonable measures to protect the security of the information submitted by the participants, and will not use the personal information of the participants for any commercial purposes other than the competition without the consent of the users or legal requirements. The organizer shall not be held responsible for any information leakage (such as network attacks, third-party illegal acquisition, etc.) that is not caused by the organizer's intentional or gross negligence.
Participants should desensitize any trade secrets or sensitive information in the project on their own. The organizer shall not be held responsible for any information leakage or business losses caused by improper handling.
Due to force majeure factors such as policy changes, natural disasters, epidemics, technical failures, etc., the organizer has the right to adjust the event time, process, rules, and even cancel the event, and is not liable for breach of contract to the participating parties.
The organizer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by the participating parties due to the aforementioned reasons, such as travel expenses, preparation costs, etc.
If the relevant rules, notices and other documents of this competition are inconsistent with this statement, this statement shall prevail; Any matters not explicitly stated in this statement shall be handled by the organizer at their discretion based on the principle of fairness.
The organizer shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect losses incurred by the participating parties due to their participation in the competition (such as competition risks after project exposure, cooperation failure, etc.), which are not caused by intentional or gross negligence of the organizer. Any disputes arising from this competition shall be resolved through priority negotiation between both parties; If the negotiation fails, it shall be submitted to the people's court where the organizer is located for litigation resolution.
The organizer has the final interpretation right of this statement.
