Implementation policies

1. Prize setting for the competition

The finals will award one first prize, two second prizes, and three third prizes, with respective prizes of 100,000 yuan, 50,000 yuan, and 20,000 yuan. Additionally, there will be four honorable mentions, each receiving a prize of 10,000 yuan. There are also five individual awards (including the Transformation Pioneer Award, Potential Star Award, Collaborative Team Award, Integration Innovation Award, and Technology Singularity Award), with a prize of 5,000 yuan each. The total prize money for the competition is 325,000 yuan.

2. Policy support

For projects that have won the first prize and meet the requirements of the high-level talent entrepreneurship and innovation policies in Jiangbei District, and have settled in Jiangbei within 9 months after winning the award, they will be awarded a maximum of 1 million yuan in entrepreneurial support and provided with office or factory rental subsidies of no more than 250000 yuan per year for three years.

Recommended award-winning projects will be selected for the Ningbo Yongjiang Talent Project, and a maximum of 40 million yuan in project funding will be provided at the city and city levels based on the selected category.

For the winning projects of this competition, those who meet the conditions for direct seed investment projects of Ningbo Angel Fund can receive a maximum of 5 million yuan in direct seed investment; Winning projects that meet the criteria of Ningbo Sensing Valley Fund can receive up to 10 million yuan in direct investment from the fund.

For intelligent sensing related enterprises that have landed in Jiangbei for development, if their annual operating income exceeds 100 million yuan, 200 million yuan, 300 million yuan, 500 million yuan, or 1 billion yuan for the first time, they will be given a one-time promotion and compensation reward of 100000 yuan, 200000 yuan, 300000 yuan, 500000 yuan, or 1 million yuan.

Encourage intelligent sensing enterprises to build research and development, testing public service platforms. For key platforms with actual investment (equipment, instruments, and software) of more than 3 million yuan within two years of construction, a subsidy of 20% of their actual investment will be given, up to a maximum of 2 million yuan, upon recognition.
