User agreement

Users must comply with the following regulations when registering:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete personal information
• Ensure timely updates and maintenance of registration information
• Safely keep the account and password, and be responsible for all activities under the account
• Do not use someone else's identity information to register an account
• One ID card can only register one account
• Do not maliciously register a large number of accounts
• Age restriction accepted: Participants must be at least 18 years old

Users should:

• Comply with national laws, regulations, and relevant policies
• Do not publish illegal, irregular, or harmful information
• Not maliciously attacking or interfering with the normal operation of the platform
• Do not steal others' accounts or project information
• Respect intellectual property rights and do not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others
• Submit the competition materials on time to ensure their authenticity
• Actively cooperate with the organization and evaluation of the competition

3.1 User Rights:

• Free use of competition platform services
• Obtain fair and impartial evaluation opportunities
• Enjoy policy support related to the competition
• Obtain professional guidance and training opportunities
• Participate in competition related activities and exchanges
• Protecting personal information and project intellectual property rights

3.2 User Obligations:

• Ensure the originality and authenticity of the participating projects
• Complete registration and submit materials on time
• Actively participate in all aspects of the competition
• Accept and cooperate with the rules and arrangements of the competition
• Maintain the reputation and image of the competition
• Provide truthful feedback on the competition experience and suggestions

Agreement on Intellectual Property Rights：

• The user guarantees that the participating project does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• Users enjoy complete intellectual property rights of the participating projects
• The organizing committee respects and protects the intellectual property rights of users
• The user authorizes the organizing committee to use project information in the promotion of the competition
• The platform content is protected by copyright law and cannot be copied without permission
• Report infringement promptly upon discovery

The organizing committee reserves the following rights：

• Modify or update platform functions as needed
• Due to technical maintenance, services will be suspended and advance notice will be given
• Service interruption caused by force majeure
• Adjust the competition rules and schedule
• Restricting or terminating services for non compliant users
• Change the terms of service within the scope permitted by law

If the user violates this agreement, the organizing committee has the right to take the following measures：

• Warning and request correction
• Restricting account functionality
• Suspend or terminate the account
• Cancel the eligibility to participate
• Pursue legal responsibility
• Request compensation for losses

The organizing committee shall not be held responsible for the following situations：

• Consequences caused by users' illegal and irregular behavior
• Losses caused by technical reasons such as network failures and hacker attacks
• Service interruption caused by force majeure factors
• Disputes and controversies between users
• Losses caused by third-party infringement
• Losses caused by the user's own fault
